Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Construction Industry. In this crucial role, you will offer exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to construction services, materials, and project management.

Your fluency in Spanish will be instrumental in ensuring clear communication with clients as you address their needs, resolve concerns, and provide relevant information about our services in the construction sector. Your contributions will be vital in fostering strong client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding construction services and inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about project specifications, timelines, and estimates
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to provide precise information to clients
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge in construction

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the construction or related industries, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in construction and helping clients navigate their projects
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
