Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Construction Industry team. In this essential role, you will provide support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to construction projects, services, and products.

Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will be crucial as you engage with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that their experience with our services meets their expectations. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of our construction services and reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding construction services and inquiries
• Assist clients with project-related questions, service availability, and scheduling information
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed appropriately
• Collect and relay feedback from clients to help improve our services
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related industry, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a beneficial advantage
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
