Spanish Speaking Customer Service for E-commerce Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to their online shopping experiences and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable process.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you assist clients with product information, order status, returns, and any issues they may encounter while navigating our e-commerce platform. Your role will be vital in building customer loyalty and enhancing our reputation for outstanding service in the online retail space.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding e-commerce inquiries
• Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and return processes
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Stay updated on our products, promotions, and e-commerce trends to provide informed recommendations

Requirements

• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is preferable
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for online shopping and helping customers achieve the best shopping experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
