Spanish Speaking Customer Service for E-commerce Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a proactive Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce Department. In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience while interacting with our online platform.

Your fluency in Spanish will be instrumental in assisting clients with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise during their purchasing journey. As a vital member of our team, you will help enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support in troubleshooting issues related to the e-commerce platform
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay updated on promotions, new products, and e-commerce trends

Requirements

• Proficient in both Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is highly desirable
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passionate about providing an excellent shopping experience for customers
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support software is an advantage
