Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Education & E-Learning industry. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our educational programs and e-learning platforms.

Your fluency in Spanish will be invaluable as you guide customers through our offerings, addressing questions about course content, enrollment procedures, and technical support. Your expertise in customer service will help ensure a positive experience for learners as they engage with our educational resources.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients regarding our education and e-learning services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with enrollment processes, course selection, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with educational and technical teams to provide timely solutions to client questions and concerns
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our educational offerings and service
• Stay up-to-date with our e-learning products and industry trends to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to educational excellence
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the education sector, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals
• Familiarity with e-learning technologies and customer support tools is advantageous
