Mercier Consultancy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Healthcare Division. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to healthcare services and ensuring they receive the guidance they need in a timely manner.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable effective communication with patients and clients, helping them navigate their healthcare options, understand services available to them, and address any concerns related to their care. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in enhancing patient experience and satisfaction within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients regarding healthcare services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients in understanding their coverage options, scheduling appointments, and navigating the healthcare system
• Document interactions thoroughly in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve complex client issues and provide effective solutions
• Educate clients about health services, preventive care, and health insurance options
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and patient care
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about healthcare regulations and service offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication abilities
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and support
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare support is highly desirable
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
