Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Finance industry. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to various financial products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be vital as you communicate with clients, helping them understand financial concepts, resolve issues, and navigate their accounts. You will play a significant role in fostering trust and satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding account management, financial products, and services
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex customer inquiries
• Educate clients on financial best practices and service offerings
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve overall service quality

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry, is highly desirable
• Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive financial matters
• Familiarity with finance-related terminology and customer support technology is a plus
