Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Insurance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Insurance industry. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their insurance policies and claims.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them understand their coverage options, answer questions about their policies, and guide them through the claims process. As a crucial part of our customer service team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering trust with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish regarding insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with understanding their coverage, benefits, and claims procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the claims department and other teams to facilitate efficient claim resolutions
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our insurance services continuously
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to industry regulations and standards

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to solve problems effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and customer support software is a plus
