Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Retail Industry. In this critical role, you will provide outstanding service to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them in navigating their shopping experiences and addressing any inquiries they may have.

Your proficiency in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them with product information, order processing, and resolving any issues that arise during their retail transactions. As part of our customer service team, your efforts will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products and services
• Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and returns
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to enhance the customer experience
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our retail offerings and services
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, and trends in the retail industry

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for retail and helping customers find the right solutions
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
