Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Retail industry. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to products, orders, and overall shopping experiences.

Your fluency in Spanish will be pivotal in ensuring clear communication with clients, enabling you to address their questions, resolve issues, and enhance their overall satisfaction with our retail services. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Spanish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve our retail services
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and retail trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry, is a plus
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for the retail industry and assisting customers in finding the right solutions
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
