Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding technology products, services, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product usage.
• Educate clients on new features, software updates, and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product offerings to better serve customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
