Your proficiency in Spanish will be essential as you engage with clients to help them navigate service plans, troubleshoot technical issues, and understand billing questions. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat about our telecommunications services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers
• Assist clients with service inquiries, account management, and billing issues
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex inquiries and issues
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve service offerings
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to resolving issues
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
