Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our telecommunications team. In this pivotal role, you will provide vital support to our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them navigate our telecommunications services and troubleshoot issues.

Your proficiency in Spanish will enable you to assist clients effectively, addressing their inquiries about products, plans, billing, and technical support. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, billing, and service plans
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with technical teams and other departments to resolve complex inquiries
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in telecommunications

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service capabilities with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications or related fields, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in telecommunications and helping customers with their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
