Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, establishing strong relationships built on trust.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing training to clients on our software features.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and monitor overall satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized strategies that maximize their use of our software.
• Collect feedback to inform product development and enhance operational efficiency.
• Work alongside technical teams to resolve any issues that may arise in client usage of our products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
• Experience with software products and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to a dynamic team environment.
