Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional remote support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
• Document every client interaction and support case in our CRM system
• Guide clients on product features to maximize their user experience
• Collaborate with team members to address complex client requests
• Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
• Participate in training workshops to stay updated on product enhancements

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction
• Experience in customer service or technical support preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
• Desire to relocate and work in Greece while immersing yourself in a new culture
• Experience with customer support software and tools is an advantage
