We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sports Account Manager to work exclusively with Sports Teams. If you understand the energy of matchday, the pressure behind ticket sales, and the importance of fan experience- this role is for you.
You’ll be the main point of contact between sports organizations and our internal teams, ensuring that every game, every launch, and every campaign runs flawlessly.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of sports teams
- Set up and support ticketing operations from event creation to post-match reporting
- Deliver powerful platform presentations & demos to clubs and stakeholders
- Act as the bridge between sports partners and internal departments (tech, finance, operations)
- Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities & optimize sales
- Prospect and onboard new sports organizations
- Build long-term, strategic partnerships- not just accounts

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial mindset, with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (verbal & written)
- Strong computer skills: MS Office (advanced Excel required)
- Familiarity with Power BI and Dynamics will be considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Bonus points if you have
- Prior exposure to sports events operations (e.g. matchdays, tournaments, sport venues, fan experience)
- Experience in ticketing platforms or event-related tech
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in time-sensitive environments
