Sprinkler Service Manager

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services.

We are currently seeking a Sprinkler Service Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of

the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Job Description:

·       Oversee and direct service projects from conception to completion

·       Review contracts, specifications and bid drawings for the execution of assigned

              projects.

·       Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

·       Coordinate and direct the service team and subcontractors

·       Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

·       Meet contractual conditions of performance

·       Review the work progress on daily basis

·       Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

·       Work effectively with a wide variety of people.

·       Handling multiple priorities, project duties and responsibilities.

·       Highly organized record keeping and document management.

·       Identify project discrepancies and assist with solutions.

·       Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

·       Being a liaison between service sales reps, department manager, subcontractors,

              customers, and field technicians.

Requirements

·       Proven working experience in Sprinkler Service management preferred but not required.

·       10 plus years’ experience working with commercial Fire Sprinkler systems.

·       Advanced knowledge of the service management processes, means and methods

·       Competent in conflict and crisis management

·       Leadership and human resources management skills

·       Excellent time and project management skills

·       Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

              products.

·       Superior written and verbal communication skills.
