Rapid Micro Biosystems provides innovative products for faster detection of microbial contamination in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and personal care manufacturing. The Sr Account Executive, Global Strategic Accounts drives account penetration at the executive level within target organizations and expands our key customer footprint globally, focusing on North America and EMEA. This role creates and executes strategy, aligns resources, and develops senior relationships to maximize growth and revenue.

In addition to base pay, our full-time regular employees are eligible for an attractive benefits package, cash incentive opportunities, and an equity grant.  

The base annual salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000

Starting salaries are determined based on skills, experience, budget and other job-related factors. More information about our total compensation package will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
