Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide Technical Support in a 24x7 environment on-call/ email/ chat support
• Should be able to resolve production issues and requests based on the SLAs defined.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot NetApp storage hardware issues
• Reproduce issues by re-creating scenarios in a lab environment
• Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ONTAP 7-mode and C- Mode
• NetApp FAS series (7 & C Mode) and E series advanced concepts of Data ONTAP
• Strong knowledge on Clustering and High Availability
• Design and implement NetApp storage systems, including installation, configuration,
software upgrades, and storage provisioning.
• Upgrades, and maintenance of switches.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking issues
• Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tools
A successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them for creatively solving problems with at least two years of relevant technical experience. Candidate also possesses strong customer service skills and solid written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other related fields.
