Key Responsibilities
New Business Expansion/Origination : Source new clients an implementing strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth, client acquisition, and market positioning. Oversee talent development, transaction origination, and deal execution.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with C-suite executives across industries such as real estate, manufacturing, infrastructure, and high-growth enterprises.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investor relations, compliance, and research, to ensure seamless deal execution
- Market & Credit Analysis: Conduct advanced financial modeling, prepare credit note, sectoral analysis to support transactions and business growth.
- End-to-End Transaction Execution: Responsible for the complete deal lifecycle, including:
- Borrower onboarding and understanding borrower requirements and market fit
- Securing mandates and negotiating fees
- Preparing credit notes and analyzing key financial data
- Coordinating with internal investor relations and expanding the investor network
- Presenting borrower credit to investors and structuring transactions to align stakeholder interests.
Qualifications
- MBA from a top tier business institution or Chartered Accountant with a strong track record in financial structuring and capital markets.
Professional Experience:
Option 1:
- Minimum of 5 years in investment banking, debt capital markets, or loan syndication.
- Extensive professional network within corporate borrower ecosystems and financial institutions, fostering strong deal origination and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing 15+ complex transactions, collectively exceeding INR 1,000 Cr in aggregate value.
- Deep expertise in structuring and financing transactions in the real estate and manufacturing sectors, with a keen understanding of industry-specific risks and opportunities.
Option 2:
- Minimum of 8 years in corporate banking or large NBFCs, managing mid-to-large corporate clients.
- Comprehensive experience in credit underwriting, structuring, and execution of financing solutions for deals ranging from INR 50-500 Cr.
Sectoral & Product Expertise:
- Advanced understanding of debt market instruments, including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs), Term Loans, and Securitization structures.
- Specialized knowledge in real estate or manufacturing finance, including risk assessment, underwriting, and credit structuring.
- Deep familiarity with evolving market conventions, financial structuring methodologies, and regulatory dynamics shaping debt capital transactions.
