About the Role
Zeta is hiring a Senior Associate – Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, and retention to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage daily budgets across channels to achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Manage audience segmentation, creative testing, and tracking to ensure every campaign delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve search rankings across multiple brands.
  • Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to build high-performing ads, landing pages, and lead magnets for each funnel stage.
  • Build remarketing and lookalike campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences.
  • Work with marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot to connect paid campaigns with lead scoring and nurturing workflows.
  • Experiment with new formats, targeting approaches, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Present performance reviews with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.
  • Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in executing digital performance campaigns.
  • Strong command over Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing across Google Ads, YouTube & Meta.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-led optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of B2C performance campaigns across channels
  • Proficiency in SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, web, and content teams.
  • Clear, confident communication with the ability to tell stories through data.
  • Curious, creative, and performance-focused mindset.
  • Experience and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Strong grasp of paid media attribution and end-to-end lead tracking.
  • Expertise in the Google marketing ecosystem, Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and presenting ROI-driven insights to leadership
