The Sr Benefits Analyst will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards to assist with the oversight of company-sponsored employee benefit programs. The primary duties will include assisting employees with their benefits, partnering with vendors and consultants, evaluating and recommending plan improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position will support the administration, operations, design, strategy, communications, compliance and project management of all benefit plans and programs.
To perform this job successfully, the Sr Benefits Analyst must possess a blend of strong analytical, legal, and interpersonal skills to support the oversight of employee benefit programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support vendor relationships. Key characteristics include HRIS proficiency, data analysis, project management, and effective communication skills to promote engagement in company benefit offerings.
