Requirements
• 8/10+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in analytics platforms or enterprise applications.
• Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, responsive design, prototyping).
• Experience with Lovable or similar AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean interfaces, structured layouts, and data-heavy designs.
• Ability to transform complex requirements into elegant and intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, semantic layer/data teams).
• Understanding of dashboards, filtering logic, navigation patterns, and information hierarchy.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience designing for Power BI or React-based front ends (not required to code).
• Familiarity with scientific/R&D or pharmaceutical domain.
• Experience creating design systems from scratch.
