(Sr.) Director of Growth & Patient Acquisition

Salvo Health is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Growth & Patient Acquisition to lead how we identify, enroll, and engage eligible patients across our partner physician networks. This role will own patient growth and retention across multiple channels — including multichannel contact center outreach (phone, email, SMS), introducing AI tools, digital marketing and self-enrollment funnel optimization, direct mail, drip marketing, ML-driven segmentation, and fun promotional content — with end-to-end responsibility for the B2B2C patient acquisition funnel from first touch through intake.

In addition to overseeing a remote outbound contact center, you’ll develop and execute new, compliant marketing and engagement tactics to reduce acquisition costs, improve retention, and ultimately increase patient lifetime value. This is a player-coach role, responsible for managing overall performance of the growth function and end-to-end execution: from strategy development to hands-on-keyboard campaign management, coaching our team of engagement specialists, and testing/updating scripts in real-time to drive conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to experiment with new approaches, build scalable systems, and turn insights into meaningful growth. 

Reporting to the COO, this is a highly visible role with real ownership and impact, and it will play a key part in helping Salvo reach its next stage of growth. Salvo grew patients over 700% in 2025 and aims to grow nearly 400% in 2026, and our mission is to give access to better care to millions of patients over time.

Our patients are assigned a “whole patient” care team and have seven-day-a-week access to app-based care, using Remote Patient Monitoring (“RPM”) and other codes to offer services covered under the patient’s insurance. 

This is a major step beyond episodic appointments to continuous care at home, and to deliver multidisciplinary wraparound care in partnership with the patient’s existing local doctor. Salvo is backed by leading health care investors from innovators like Livongo, Ro, Ginger, Forward, Brightline, Tia, and others. Salvo care teams include registered dietitians, nurses, and GI-trained therapists, and all benefit from Salvo’s technology stack which guides evidence-based protocols for a personalized, multi-month journey to better health. Salvo is the first to bring a more integrative approach to these GI conditions via giving community physicians and GI’s a platform that extends their care, rather than displacing local brick & mortar specialists.
