Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, driven FP&A professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will support core financial planning processes, own ARR and SaaS metrics reporting, and play an active role in M&A diligence and integration work. You'll partner closely with senior leadership and PE sponsors to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & ReportingOwn monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management and the BoardSupport annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the businessMaintain and evolve ARR reporting, including bookings, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention metricsBuild and maintain financial models for scenario planning, long-range planning, and business performance analysisStrategic & PE Support
Prepare Board and investor materials, including monthly reporting packages for PE sponsorsPartner with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis to support key investment and business model decisionsTrack and report on operational KPIs and leading indicators tied to business performanceM&A
Support M&A diligence processes, including financial analysis, data room preparation, and target company assessmentAssist with post-acquisition integration, including financial reporting alignment and model consolidationProcess & Tools
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, templates, and automation (Vena, Power BI)Enable self-serve reporting capabilities across the organization
Qualifications:
4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environmentsStrong SaaS fluency — deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, and related metricsExperience supporting or executing M&A processes (diligence, integration, or both)Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirementsAdvanced AI and Excel modeling skills; experience with Claude, Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plusStrong communicator — able to distill complex analysis into clear, concise insights for exec and Board audiencesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
