We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to elevate BFF’s’s position as the leading social networking app in the U.S. Reporting to the Senior Director of BFF Marketing, this role is responsible for supporting the development and leading the execution of innovative, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.
You will be a key contributor in scaling BFF’s brand presence across the US through data-driven go-to-market strategies and execution, culturally resonant activity, and compelling partnerships across influencer, talent and consumer lifestyle brands.
We’re looking for a culturally connected and strategically minded marketer who understands how to translate brand purpose into impactful, multi-channel storytelling that drives measurable results.
Support the development and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand love, user growth, and engagement across paid, earned, owned, and influencer channels.
Lead go-to-market brand partnerships for BFF from concept through execution, identifying the right collaborators, and bringing ideas to life in a way that feels authentic to our community and true to BFF’s voice.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, PR, Growth, Community and the BFF marketing team to build campaigns that are cohesive, insight-driven, and designed to deliver meaningful business impact.
Own and evolve our talent and influencer strategy — working with agency partners to identify, brief, and manage creators and talent who reflect our values and genuinely resonate with our audience.
Manage agency relationships and external partners to ensure a high standard of creative quality and seamless execution across every touchpoint.
Translate audience insights into actionable plans, leveraging consumer research, cultural trends, and performance data to inform BFF’s growth strategy and campaign execution - continuously optimizing campaigns to ensure they are relevant, effective and impactful.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future initiatives and enhance ROI, sharing learnings with the broader team to inform ongoing strategy.
Champion innovation - Identify opportunities to innovate and show up in culture in meaningful ways, helping keep BFF fresh, differentiated, and at the center of conversation.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. MBA or Masters are a plus
8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of consumer branding
Digital and social media marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly
Proven experience managing and executing 360 integrated consumer campaigns
Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and the cultural zeitgeist to inform campaigns that resonate authentically
Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
Able to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs. with long term strategic initiatives
Solid understanding of the media landscape, channels and measurement
Strong analytical skills to determine campaign success and market performance
You are a strong communicator and relationship builder
You are a driven self-starter with comfort operating in areas of ambiguity
You possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication, presentation, management, and interpersonal skills
