About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer to support paid acquisition across multiple high-growth telehealth brands. This role plays a critical part in driving customer growth while maintaining strong efficiency and profitability targets across distinct products, audiences, and funnels.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience scaling ad accounts to 7- or 8-figure annual spend while maintaining key performance metrics. This role will work closely with leadership, creative, and development teams, and your work will directly influence revenue performance, acquisition efficiency, and the scalability of our broader growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Scaling
Own the execution and optimization of large-scale paid media campaigns and additional growth channels.
Allocate and manage significant ad budgets with a focus on sustainable scaling and efficiency.
Develop structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Continuously optimize toward ROAS, MER, CAC, and overall acquisition efficiency targets.
Campaign Architecture & Optimization
Design and maintain advanced campaign structures and audience segmentation strategies.
Implement rigorous creative testing frameworks and performance iteration cycles.
Identify performance bottlenecks across the funnel and drive actionable optimizations.
Use third-party tracking systems and reporting tools to guide data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Channel Execution
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Native (Taboola/Outbrain), CTV, and Linear TV.
Evaluate channel expansion opportunities based on performance data and scalability potential.
Creative & Funnel Collaboration
Partner closely with designers, editors, and copywriters to brief and iterate high-performing creative.
Apply strong understanding of ad psychology and offer positioning to drive conversion improvements.
Contribute to landing page CRO strategy and structured A/B testing initiatives.
Analysis & Insight
Analyze performance trends to identify growth drivers and scaling opportunities.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable optimization plans.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and evolving media buying best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated success scaling ad accounts to 7- or 8-figure annual spend while maintaining efficient ROAS, MER, and CAC.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Advanced knowledge of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and creative testing frameworks.
Strong analytical ability and experience using third-party tracking and reporting tools.
Proven experience managing and optimizing across Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Native, CTV, and Linear TV.
Strong understanding of creative strategy, ad psychology, and performance-driven creative iteration.
Experience optimizing both e-commerce and lead generation funnels.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-starter mindset with a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
