Primary Responsibilities:
· Work on end to end business strategy, product launches, operations and financials. Define both long term strategy and short term plans to achieve the product vision and deliver business results.
· Partner with global sales teams, global category management and operations teams-internal and external to drive success metrics for the program.
· Drive innovation and scalable processes to improve self-service capabilities for sellers to achieve and grow online sales success. Drive innovations to all elements of the seller experience to improve their business results post implementation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree
· 8+ years of leadership experience operating, managing, and delivering results for complex businesses.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
· Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
· Experience in working with stakeholders across multiple countries
· Ability to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.
