Sr. US IT Recruiters (permanent positions) for Hyderabad Office - US Work hours
Hours: Night-Shift, 7:00 pm to 3:30 am IST
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
In an effort to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business, Computech Corporation is seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Full life cycle Recruiter position. REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent knowledge of Web recruitment tools for hiring consultants on both Full-time and on contract.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of previous IT recruiting experience (US Market) with a focus on permanent hiring mid to high-level candidates for on site assignments.
• • Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice and Monster to source Candidates.
• Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc. and Google searches and use of free Job sites etc. to source candidates.
• Proficient in using the Technical Forums/Groups to reach out to potential candidates.
• Preference will be given to the prospects with good exposure in hiring across all of the IT technologies.
• Strong People skills, Business communication skills and Negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, impeccable ethics and honesty and ability to handle constructive criticism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and good knowledge of IT terminology.
• Should have worked extensively with US citizens/EADs/GCs and H-1Bs
• Good Communication skills-written and oral.
• Able to work in Night Shifts (US - Eastern Time)
