Sr. US Technical Recruiter Position in Hyderabad for Computech Corporation

Note: We don't need Recruiters who have experience in Sales or Business Development or who have complete experience in marketing their H1Bs like Bench Sales, we are purely looking to hire the senior recruiters { not mid level or junior } who have experience in completely End to End to recruitment that too who worked with Direct Client requirements if possible.
• Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates to the stakeholders to meet client requirements.
• Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on stakeholder's recommendations
• Prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates. Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client/tech-panel interviews and work with the salesperson to close the opportunity.
• Key contributor in helping Account management teams to achieve goals, quick turnaround time on responding to client requirements.
• Responsible for recruiting all levels of talent spanning multiple skills base with a strong focus on niche technologies

Job Description:
Sr. US IT Recruiters (permanent positions) for Hyderabad Office - US Work hours
Hours: Night-Shift, 7:00 pm to 3:30 am IST
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
In an effort to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business, Computech Corporation is seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Full life cycle Recruiter position. REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent knowledge of Web recruitment tools for hiring consultants on both Full-time and on contract.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of previous IT recruiting experience (US Market) with a focus on permanent hiring mid to high-level candidates for on site assignments.
• • Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice and Monster to source Candidates.
• Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc. and Google searches and use of free Job sites etc. to source candidates.
• Proficient in using the Technical Forums/Groups to reach out to potential candidates.
• Preference will be given to the prospects with good exposure in hiring across all of the IT technologies.
• Strong People skills, Business communication skills and Negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, impeccable ethics and honesty and ability to handle constructive criticism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and good knowledge of IT terminology.
• Should have worked extensively with US citizens/EADs/GCs and H-1Bs
• Good Communication skills-written and oral.
• Able to work in Night Shifts (US - Eastern Time)
