Procurement Sciences is transforming the multi-billion-dollar government contracting industry with Awarded AI, a category-defining platform that helps companies find, win, and deliver government contracts with speed, precision, and confidence. We bring AI-native innovation to one of the most complex, regulated industries in the world—unlocking massive efficiency gains and revenue growth for our customers.
Founded by seasoned GovCon operators and backed by top-tier investors, Procurement Sciences is scaling rapidly and building the leading AI platform purpose-built for government contractors. Our “One Team, One Fight” culture values ownership, creativity, and execution. We are assembling a world-class GTM organization and are looking for senior leaders who want to build, not maintain.
We are seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to own and scale Procurement Sciences’ entire content engine—from strategy through execution to revenue impact. This role is responsible for building a cohesive, 360° content system that ties together blogs, short-form video, long-form assets, social channels, paid media, and conversion funnels into a single, measurable growth motion.
This is not a writing-only role. You will define how every piece of content connects, how audiences move through funnels, and how content converts attention into leads, pipeline, and long-term community engagement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong SaaS content background and a deep understanding of modern demand generation and funnel design.
Own the end-to-end content strategy, ensuring all content ladders into clear business outcomes.
Design and manage a 360° content ecosystem, including:
Blogs and long-form thought leadership
Short-form video (LinkedIn, YouTube, social clips)
E-books, guides, playbooks, and gated assets
Social media posts and carousels
Paid content distribution (LinkedIn Ads)
Ensure all content connects to conversion funnels, including:
Gated downloads (e-books, guides, reports)
Email nurture flows
Lead capture and scoring
Clear CTAs aligned to buyer stages
Build and scale high-performing e-books and guides that attract attention, educate the market, and drive inbound demand.
Partner closely with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Marketing to align content with ICPs, personas, and GTM motions.
Own content performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, influenced pipeline, and revenue impact.
Oversee LinkedIn content and ads, including:
Carousel concepts and copy
Visual storytelling
Performance optimization
Provide creative direction for Canva and light graphic design, ensuring brand consistency and speed.
Lead basic social media management, including:
Posting and scheduling
Responding to comments and DMs
Driving conversation and engagement
Building a visible, trusted community
Establish scalable content workflows, calendars, and systems that support rapid growth.
A senior content leader who understands how content drives growth, not just awareness.
Deep experience building content-to-funnel systems in B2B SaaS.
Strong writer with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, clear narratives.
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
Highly organized, data-informed, and conversion-oriented.
Able to think like a marketer, storyteller, and growth operator at the same time.
Excited to build category-defining thought leadership in a fast-moving company.
7+ years of experience in content marketing, with leadership-level ownership.
Strong background in B2B SaaS content marketing.
Proven experience designing and managing funnels and lead conversion through content.
Experience with LinkedIn content and paid ads.
Strong writing and editorial skills across formats (blog, video scripts, long-form assets).
Experience working cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product teams.
Desired Experience
Familiarity with GovCon, public sector, or federal markets (strong plus, not required).
Experience building content for technical or complex products.
Experience managing contractors, agencies, or junior content team members.
Understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience supporting community-building and audience engagement initiatives.
Competitive salary with equity participation in a rapidly growing, venture-backed company.
Comprehensive health benefits.
Flexible work environment with significant autonomy.
Opportunity to build and own the content engine for a category-defining AI platform.
