Who you are:
As a Staff Front-end Software Engineer, you are the creative visionary at the forefront, sculpting the visible interface that connects to the digital world with flair and innovation. You love technology and its ability to change the world. You take pride in providing customers with a beautiful user experience. You care deeply about design and getting the little things right.
What You Will Do:
- Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces
- Optimize front-end for performance
- Work with people who care deeply about quality code
- Make fundamental architectural decisions
- Learn new things and mentor others
What You Will Need:
- Have 6+ years of development experience in a fast-paces start-up environment
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience working with Typescript
- Experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks (React)Empathy
- Solid communication and responsiveness skills
- A drive for exploration, quick learning, and attention to detail
- Practical knowledge of testing, continuous delivery, and version control systems
- Ability to work autonomously and finding a way out of being stuck
Nice to have:
- Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms.
- Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.
