Requirements

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach are necessary.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Wales and adapt to a new healthcare setting.
• Proficient in managing patient care in high-pressure situations.
