Key Responsibilities
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures
Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
