About the Role
The Strategic Project Manager will support two key functional areas:
- Strategy – Driving high-impact growth projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution and measurement.
- Retail Partnerships – Supporting the growth and success of retail channel partnerships.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute cross-functional strategic projects from concept to delivery
- Support and optimize customer retention initiatives
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Lead customer surveys and insights research
- Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and business cases in Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau
- Prepare reports and performance analyses across key business metrics
- Drive sales operations processes, including partner outreach and sales collateral creation
- Support existing retailer accounts and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, performance, and growth initiatives

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, project management, or management consulting (ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
- Proven track record managing complex projects and implementing data-driven initiatives
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in consumer goods or subscription models is a plus
- A genuine passion for pets and pet wellbeing
