We are seeking a Strategic Sales Representative - Team Lead to act as a "Player-Coach"
based in Ann Arbor or Lansing. You will hit your own sales targets while managing the training,
activity, and pipeline of four SMB Account Executives. You will work directly under the Director
of Sales to ensure the team hits its collective revenue and activity benchmarks.
What You Will Work On
Lead by Example: Maintain an active personal territory (accounts <100 scans/year) and
hit individual outbound targets
Team Training & Onboarding: Own onboarding sprint for new hires, covering product
mastery, script personalization, and outbound launch
Call & Pipeline Reviews: Conduct weekly "film reviews" of call recordings and pipeline
audits to increase team closing velocity
Operational Management: Ensure the team hits the 50 calls/day standard and utilizes
sales trackers with 100% accuracy
Culture Driver: Foster a high-energy, competitive, and transparent environment in our
Michigan office.
Who We Are Looking For
Proven Sales Leader: 3+ years of relevant sales experience (SaaS or PropTech preferred) with a track record of hitting targets.
Natural Mentor: You have a passion for developing talent and can motivate a team through high-activity cycles.
Local Leader: You are committed to being in-office 4 days a week in Ann Arbor or Lansing to lead your team effectively.
Analytical: You use CRM data to identify exactly where a rep needs coaching to move a
deal forward.
Key Metrics & Compensation
Daily Target: 25 Outbound calls per day
Core Measurement: Total team net new revenue and pipeline velocity.onal compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from$69,500.00 - $100,500.00, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
