This is a key strategic role within the company designed for someone looking to kick start their career at the core of a high growth organization. You will work in direct daily partnership with the Chief of Staff and the CEO to actively influence how Dedale scales during its current phase of expansion. You will gain a holistic view of the company by collaborating across functions such as Commercial, Finance, and HR, while actively supporting the Chief of Staff and the leadership team in defining the company's long term strategy. You will be expected to move fast, take ownership of critical workstreams, and contribute directly to the growth of the firm.
In close cooperation with the Chief of Staff, you will:
Own the internal strategic reporting engine used to track and drive company performance
Build commercial processes and materials to refine and scale our growth
Create strategic materials for internal and external key stakeholders
Own our competitive intelligence and strategic frameworks to project our market growth
Support the definition and refinement of Dedale’s international expansion strategy
Drive other high priority strategic projects under the scope of the Office of the CEO team
Graduate from a Tier 1 business school specialized in management, strategy, corporate finance, investment, or economics
Relevant internship experience in consulting, strategy, or finance
Sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify key inputs and uncover meaningful insights
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn quickly in a high impact environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple strategic topics simultaneously
