What You Will Own
In this role, you’ll use our AI platform to transform raw, messy data into game-changing decisions. You’ll own the entire process — uncovering the signal in operational, financial, and contract data, shaping impactful insights, and driving the actions that bring them to life.
Partner directly with leadership, product, and engineering to frame the right questions, uncover value, and push the product forward through your insights.
Analyze spend and financial data, contract structures, and operational KPIs — distilling complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
Experiment with GenAI-powered workflows to automate, accelerate, and amplify your work.
Work side-by-side with engineers to translate analytical findings into product features—shaping data models, refining logic, and ensuring the product reflects real-world operational needs.
Represent Midstream in customer-facing meetings, building trust with executives and operational leaders.
Travel as needed to embed with customers, understand their challenges firsthand, and deliver impact.
Your work won’t sit in a report—it will directly shape product direction, influence how health systems operate, and create real-world change.
What You Will Need
2–4 years in data-heavy roles (healthcare, consulting, finance, or operations preferred).
Excel mastery; SQL familiarity is a plus.
Strong communicator—you can make complex data feel simple and relevant.
Experience with financial documents, contracts, or structured/unstructured business data.
Professional presence in front of customers and executives.
Curiosity about generative AI and a drive to figure out how it can change your workflows.
Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and building without a playbook.
