Studio Assistant Remilia Corporation — Orange County (In-Person)
Remilia Corporation is a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul. We produce fashion, conceptual marketing campaigns, activations, events and cultural projects—often across all of them at once. We collaborate with underground artists, experimental musicians in both US and Asia frequently.
We're looking for a junior assistant to support our CD and Brand Director day-to-day—sitting in on meetings, helping capture notes, and keeping communications and project details organized across a wide network of collaborators and teams. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to how a creative agency actually operates.
You:
Recent graduate in a relevant art field, or 0-2 years in a creative environment
Strong writer; clear, concise, adaptable
Organized and detail-oriented; you don't let things slip
Quick learner; can pick up context fast and ask the right questions
High emotional intelligence; reads dynamics, knows when to speak and when to listen
Genuine interest in contemporary art, fashion, music, or design
Familiarity with East Asian culture a plus; Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin a bonus
Flexible on hours for time zones and fast-moving projects
You will:
Sit in on meetings, calls, and studio sessions alongside leadership
Take detailed notes and help organize them into clear follow-ups
Assist with drafting emails and communications—internal and external
Help track project timelines, deliverables, and open threads
Support communication flow between California and Seoul teams
Learn how creative projects move from concept to execution across disciplines
Not for you if:
You need a lot of hand-holding or rigid structure
You're not interested in the creative industry long-term
You don't follow underground or experimental culture
Us:
$18–25/hour based on experience
Part-time or full-time, 20–40 hours/week, 3–6 months (potential extension or conversion)
In-person, in-office (Irvine, California)
Direct exposure to leadership and creative operations
Growth opportunities in fast-growing, experimental studio
Access to global network of artists, designers, and cultural projects
