Prosek's Apprentice Program offers post graduate students the opportunity to launch their careers in certain areas of interest. Our 6-month program is designed to train the next generation of agency professionals.
We are in search of a talented apprentice to join our fast-growing data & analytics (DNA) team at Prosek. We are looking for a self-starter interested in how data and insights guide storytelling and strategy, solve client challenges, and measure impact.
Our team is made up of intellectually curious researchers, data analysts, writers, creatives, strategists, and counselors. We get to work with many of the largest and most recognizable global brands and help them navigate the always-evolving world of digital marketing and communications.
At Prosek, everyone is expected to be a strong team player, participating in brainstorming and creative strategy planning for clients and internal projects. Prosek’s Boot Camp program is a weekly curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm. Designed to educate Apprentices in disciplines, skills, and sectors beyond data and analytics. Boot Camps provide cross-functional exposure to how the firm operates and support the growth of professional skills. Topics of education include:
Internal Network and Support
We invest heavily into the growth and support for our Prosek Apprentices, pairing each Apprentice with a manager and a mentor.
Throughout the Apprentice Program, we will be assessing the apprentice’s performance to determine readiness for promotion to Assistant Account Executive, taking into consideration performance and business needs at the time.
