Supervisor

Are you hands-on, a true team player, and ready to take your leadership experience to the next level in a dynamic international environment? For our store at Brussels Airport, we are looking for a commercially driven supervisor who can actively influence store performance and team results.

As a supervisor, you work closely with the store manager and a fellow supervisor, sharing responsibility for the daily operations and commercial performance of the store in a fast-paced airport environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you take full ownership of the store during your shift, driving both operational excellence and sales results.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the team during your shift and set the tone on the shop floor in service, energy, and commercial focus.
• Coach and support colleagues to strengthen product knowledge, confidence, and sales skills.
• Take ownership of the store and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Drive sales performance through turnover, KPIs, basket size, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the quality of the brands we represent.

Working hours

Brussels Airport is a vibrant environment, this means that you need to be comfortable with flexibility.

Our stores are open every day of the year between 04:00 and 22:00, including weekends and holidays. Your shifts will fall within these hours.

Who are you

• You have experience in retail leadership or a supervisory role;
• You are commercially driven and understand how to influence sales KPIs and team performance;
• You are confident leading a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• You are flexible and comfortable working early mornings, evenings and weekends;
  You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a strong plus).
