We are seeking a reliable and alert Surveillance Coordinator for our client to monitor live security footage, respond to alerts, and coordinate emergency actions. This role also includes light admin tasks like onboarding new clients and liaising with customers.
Key Tasks:
Monitor incoming alerts and camera feeds
Notify property owners and police if needed
Watch for outages or suspicious movement
Support new client onboarding and admin
What You’ll Need:
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication and calm under pressure
Tech-savvy and reliable overnight availability
Shift Details:
Working hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (New Zealand Time)
Days: Wednesday through Sunday (5 days/week)
