Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Swedish via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings
• Assist customers with inquiries about accommodations, amenities, and travel recommendations
• Handle booking adjustments, cancellations, and customer requests efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and local attractions to enhance customer experiences

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passionate about travel and helping customers have remarkable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
