Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide detailed information on energy plans, usage, and customer benefits.
• Assist customers with account setup, service issues, and problem resolution.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for transparency and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and ensure effective service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the energy sector to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex inquiries.
