Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscription plans, and content availability via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
• Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on how to use the platform effectively.
• Resolve complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical support and content teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest updates in entertainment content and streaming technology to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the entertainment or streaming industry, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
