As a representative, you will support clients in Swedish and provide them with outstanding service related to tech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through technical processes.
• Help customers with order placements, modifications, and track their shipments.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure swift resolutions to customer issues.
• Stay updated on the latest technology developments and product offerings to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
