Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries related to subscription services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers with subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Resolve issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Stay informed about company products and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services.
