Perform System Engineering tasks utilizing the Forward Networks platform.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities
Become familiar with the Forward Networks commercial tool, and quickly become proficient in it.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Forward Networks tool to include set up and maintenance of data collection
tasks.
Utilizing the Forward Networks tool, model and visualize the network infrastructure in order to verify network behavior
and ensure network compliance.
Provide technical support, user training, reports, and documentation for the Forward Networks platform.
Collaborate with external teams to resolve technical challenges.
Serve as a technical expert and mentor to junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Network Security (within the past 2 years)
20 years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science,
Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
