We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join our high impact IT Operations team at Kogan.com. This is a hands on role where you’ll own and evolve the systems that keep our business running fast, secure and scalable.

What you'll do:
Provide Level 2 support across Windows and macOS
Support internal IT systems, SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure
Escalate and help resolve more complex incidents end to end
Assist with Microsoft stack admin including Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server
Support AWS and Azure hosted Windows servers including patching and access
Help maintain infrastructure for key business applications such as SAP
Monitor security and endpoint alerts and escalate where required
Assist with cloud migrations, integrations and tenant updates
Support identity and access management processes
Provide support for core business tools such as Atlassian, Slack and Google Workspace
Maintain clear documentation across systems and processes
Communicate incidents and updates clearly to stakeholders
Work with vendors on support cases under guidance
Collaborate with the IT team while continuing to build technical and communication skills
What you'll need:
1 to 2 years experience in IT Service Desk, L2 Support or Junior Sys Admin
Experience in a service focused IT environment
Strong Windows and macOS support skills
Exposure to Azure, AD, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Some endpoint management experience such as Intune
Basic Windows Server administration experience
Exposure to Azure or AWS environments
Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS and firewalls
Security awareness with exposure to incident response
Strong troubleshooting skills with good escalation judgement
Clear documentation and professional communication skills
Comfortable providing hands on user support in a small team
