Audit and rewrite interview and rejection templates to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with our values
Develop employer-brand content that showcases our hiring philosophy and candidate experience
Support interview scheduling, coordination, and data tracking to uncover process bottlenecks
Contribute to internship program reviews and help implement recommended improvements
Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex processes
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a talent for crafting inclusive messaging
Solid operational and project management skills, including attention to detail
Passion for talent acquisition, organizational culture, and public trust
Familiarity with recruiting technologies and data analysis a plus
