About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition intern who would like to be part of Flora Food Group! In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team while handling your projects in recruiting new (junior) colleagues. You will support the TA team in managing the recruitment process, such as coordinating interviews (scheduling, sending invitations, and ensuring excellent candidate experience), employee referral, offers, etc. You will be responsible for the recruitment of interns at Flora Food Group and will initiate improvements on the internship program to support future growth and contribute to the best internship experience at Flora Food Group. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Business Partners, who will ensure you learn all the basics of TA/HR. You will support the TA team in improving the recruitment system and with administrative tasks. You will also create templates, guidelines, and provide relevant insights based on the available data.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You are enrolled as a Bachelor’s/Master’s student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period and available 40 hours a week. You have a keen interest in human resources management and have curiosity about the recruitment process (already having previous internship experience in HR/TA/related field is preferred). You like to socialize, are friendly, and are proficient at communication. You can speak English fluently and use Microsoft Office proficiently. You enjoy working in a dynamic, complex, international, and fast-changing environment.
